OMG! I just saw a picture of a guy with a toothbrush in the ass! From all the stuff in your apartment, why would you choose something like that? And I am pretty sure that he's using the same toothbrush for his teeth. Yuck!
If it was handle first then he must be really tight unless it was one of those vibrating Sonic brushes but if it was brush first then he was probably doing was roughing up his insides before bb sex hoping to get infected.
If you read any of the "Bug Chaser" type stuff online the toothbrush is use to abrade the hole so there will more likely be transmission of HIV from the semen through the abrasions. Pretty amazing huh. Anyone tried to take a toothbrush to my asshole would find one of my feet up against their face. No thanks.
