If you're thinking about riding a bike in the snow - don't! It sucks!
I made this sacrifice only because I had to go buy a present for my BF. Unfortunately, they didn't have what I was looking for, so I had to order it online. I can't tell you what in case he reads this :)
I also bought small present for myself (I do it every year, it's my tradition). I purchased a necklace (a silver-tone articulated chain) from my favorite online store. Also, I made my own custom Christmas cards to send to my family and friends.
The rest of the day was pretty much shit. I don't feel like talking about it now, so I'll end here.
